Mr. Cheung is an expert in quality and engineering process management. He has over 20 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, service, field engineering, development process and program management in the cellular communication industry.

Mr. Cheung was in Motorola from 1988 to 2002. Prior to joining E28 Limited, he was the Senior Director of Quality and Service in Motorola Asia, Personal Communication Sector, responsible for design quality, supply chain quality, ODM quality, field quality, customer satisfaction and service. He was also responsible for the overall quality of Motorola PCS products and oversaw development and field quality for over 25M handsets. His past experience also includes being the Senior Director of Program Management and the Senior Director of Worldwide CDMA Design Quality at Motorola.

Mr. Cheung received his Associateship in Electronic Engineering from the HK Polytechnic University in 1983. He also received MBA from the University of Hull in 1995 and a Mastery certification in Stanford Advanced Project Management from Stanford University in 2002.
